Store Policies

Davesjoint offers the following Returns Policy:All Returns must be requested within 5 Days of receiving merchandise. All returns must have a valid reason including but not limited to: Damaged Merchandise, Non Functional Merchandise, Wrong Merchandise. All Returns are up to Davesjoints discretion. We will do everything possible to be fair and make our customers happy. Return Postage will be paid by customer unless return is due to Damaged goods. In some cases a restocking fee of up to 15% may be charged. Returns are for store credit or Credit Refund through Paypal. Just email us at customer service and we will set up returns with you. Do not attempt to return without a Return Confirmation # from Davesjoint. Remember we'd like to keep all of our customers happy, and we'll bend over backwards to do so!

Here at Davesjoint we accept all major Credit Cards and PayPal as payment methods. We use PayPal as our payment processor. DON'T be discouraged if you don't have a PayPal account! You can sign up for a PayPal account during payment OR use your major Credit Card on PayPal's SSL SECURE site without signing up at all.
