Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders.
Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.



Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Shipping cost is based on the total order balance. The more you spend, the less shipping is on a percent basis. Approximate shipping fees are as follows:    (New Lower Shipping Fees as of 3/17/08)

                             $25.01 to $50.00 =  $8.95 Shipping

                             $50.01 to $100.00 = $12.95 Shipping

                             $100.01 to $150.00 = $14.95 Shipping

                             $150.01 to $500.00 = $17.95 Shipping
